When Artem Savin came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Mineiros Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artem Savin couldn't finish the play. 8 minutes into the match, VN Keleler's goal looked a bit too open when Wallace Randall came free, but Velimir Popchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ilko Hindalov during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 9 played minutes VN Keleler got a freekick which was hit by Ilko Hindalov. The audience held their breath when Mazinho Mendonça in the 10th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Velimir Popchev's left hand side. Mineiros Esporte Clube's Marcus de Godoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Mineiros Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Doychin Konsulov took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marcus de Godoi to make any attempt to save it. Mineiros Esporte Clube's Marcus de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakkı Kenan Pınar in the 20th minute of play. The corner ended in Andreas Lund almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mineiros Esporte Clube's Marcus de Godoi did a great save. 25 minutes into the match, Doychin Konsulov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcus de Godoi. Mineiros Esporte Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doychin Konsulov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Wallace Randall came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Mineiros Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. The audience was convinced that Doychin Konsulov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus de Godoi was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Marcus de Godoi made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Stuart Byman sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd minute VN Keleler were awarded a corner. Andreas Lund went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led VN Keleler's Hakkı Kenan Pınar to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcus de Godoi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Marcus de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doychin Konsulov in the 33rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Mineiros Esporte Clube's Marcus de Godoi got control of the ball when Stuart Byman tried to sneak it across the goal line. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mineiros Esporte Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Andreas Lund was slow to take the kick. During this time VN Keleler's players had a chance to rest. VN Keleler's Andreas Lund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcus de Godoi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mineiros Esporte Clube's Marcus de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doychin Konsulov in the 40th minute of play. Marcus de Godoi was a little too slow when Hakkı Kenan Pınar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 51 minutes of play, VN Keleler's Hakkı Kenan Pınar made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus de Godoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hakkı Kenan Pınar in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus de Godoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcus de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doychin Konsulov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute Doychin Konsulov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus de Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in VN Keleler's zone, Mazinho Mendonça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Velimir Popchev came out of the goal and Mazinho Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcus de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stuart Byman in the 60th minute of the match. Velimir Popchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin von Gyldenfeldt in the 61st minute of play. After 62 played minutes Mineiros Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Artem Savin. In the 63rd minute of the match Andreas Lund sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcus de Godoi skillfully saved the ball. Robin von Gyldenfeldt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Velimir Popchev when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When VN Keleler's Hakkı Kenan Pınar in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mineiros Esporte Clube's goalie prevented a goal. In the 68th minute Doychin Konsulov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus de Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The VN Keleler fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Marcus de Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Kenan Pınar in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stuart Byman in the 87th minute of play forced Mineiros Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Marcus de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 minutes of play, VN Keleler's Hakkı Kenan Pınar made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus de Godoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! For all the effort they put into the match, the Mineiros Esporte Clube players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for VN Keleler.
