With an extended leg and a bit of luck Panait Vâtcu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 89th play minutes Saltuk Askeroğlu shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Panait Vâtcu and just under the crossbar into goal. Panait Vâtcu made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Niculae Ungureanu sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the game, Niculae Ungureanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Panait Vâtcu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Eustaquio Brufau was substituted for Nico Schlotter.
