Erivaldo Perez was slow to take the kick. During this time Belotaurus FC's players had a chance to rest. Oscar Ekhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Schmidt in the 35th minute of the match. Oscar Ekhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silviu Novac in the 38th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Doni Cordeiro could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Oscar Ekhi however easily saved by the left post. Doni Cordeiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Oscar Ekhi made a huge save. With a little luck, Sporting Club Victoria's Oscar Ekhi got control of the ball when Adriano Neves tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oscar Ekhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erivaldo Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The corner led Belotaurus FC's Doni Cordeiro to fire away a dangerous shot which Oscar Ekhi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Erivaldo Perez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belotaurus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Club Victoria the free kick. In the 94th minute, Erivaldo Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Belotaurus FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
