Ezequiel Ceballos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Castel in the 9th minute of play forced Nancy AFC's goalkeeper Walter Gardner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Hernando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Ceballos in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Gardner saved Nancy AFC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabio Hernando got free with Walter Gardner in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabio Hernando showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Walter Gardner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Ceballos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Emeterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Taylor, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ezequiel Ceballos took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walter Gardner. Walter Gardner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Ezequiel Ceballos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Vilo Futbol Club's Ezequiel Ceballos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Walter Gardner. Walter Gardner yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Vilo Futbol Club were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Nancy AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dustin Zentner took the corner. The corner led Vilo Futbol Club's Dustin Zentner to fire away a dangerous shot which Walter Gardner despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Castel in the 40th minute of play forced Nancy AFC's goalkeeper Walter Gardner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Julián Palacios kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Walter Gardner. That made the score 5-0 in the 41 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nancy AFC's Graham Forster got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute Ezequiel Ceballos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Gardner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Gardner came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Vilo Futbol Club's Fabio Hernando. But to his dismay, Fabio Hernando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Ezequiel Ceballos put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Walter Gardner. 9-0 became the score in the 73rd minute when Fabio Hernando elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Vilo Futbol Club made a substitution. Higinio Aztore replaced Mats Hummels. Vilo Futbol Club's Fabio Hernando got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Walter Gardner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Castel in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match Vilo Futbol Club got a corner. Nancy AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dustin Zentner ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ruperto Cristofor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Gardner having to interfere. Alvaro Castel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Lowe got free with Fabian Emeterio in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 91st play minutes Ruperto Cristofor shot 11-0, a short shot which went by Walter Gardner and just under the crossbar into goal. 94 minutes into the match, Alvaro Castel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walter Gardner. Nancy AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Castel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruperto Cristofor in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Gardner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Vilo Futbol Club were the better team. Vilo Futbol Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
