David Villa started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Nada Pontual F.C's Sam Marcos got control of the ball when Kai Rønne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgar Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Foguera's David Villa in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nada Pontual F.C's goalie prevented a goal. In the 11th minute Nada Pontual F.C were awarded a corner. Bernabe Gomez went to the cornerflag to take it. Sam Marcos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Rubio in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nada Pontual F.C's Hortêncio Vander got a free kick in the 17th minute. Luis-Miguel Rienda kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Sam Marcos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kai Rønne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Foguera's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Vander came free, but Ganix Casillas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauã Ramos in the 26th minute of play forced Foguera's goalkeeper Ganix Casillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 minutes of play, Nada Pontual F.C's Cauã Ramos made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ganix Casillas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cauã Ramos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ganix Casillas having to make a save. Foguera's Ganix Casillas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauã Ramos in the 38th minute of play. Sam Marcos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Villa in the 39th minute of the match. Sam Marcos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Rubio in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Cauã Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Luis-Miguel Rienda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cauã Ramos made a kick off. Sam Marcos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ganix Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauã Ramos in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute of the match Nada Pontual F.C got a corner. Foguera's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernabe Gomez ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Bernabe Gomez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Foguera's Ganix Casillas did a great save. Ivan Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Foguera's goalkeeper Ganix Casillas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cauã Ramos. Foguera made a substitution. Egun Montiel replaced Kai Rønne. A collision led to Foguera getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. David Villa hit a great ball. The Foguera fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Foguera's David Villa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nada Pontual F.C's João Francisco Martins was substituted for Hortêncio Vander. Ganix Casillas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauã Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute, Nada Pontual F.C's Richard Schmidt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. João Francisco Martins received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ganix Casillas came out and tried to block the shot, but João Francisco Martins slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 95th minute. The Nada Pontual F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nada Pontual F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
