Daniël De Goeij showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Jacindo in the 4th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Gino do Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Limoeiro-PE FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Limoeiro-PE FC's goalkeeper Daniël De Goeij, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Gino do Valle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pete Luna was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, Gino do Valle dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pete Luna, 2-0. The supporters of Limoeiro-PE FC booed when Darkness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Hori didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gino do Valle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Pete Luna made a huge save. In the 38th minute Ole-Gunnar Klose shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniël De Goeij saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ole-Gunnar Klose took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniël De Goeij. Daniël De Goeij dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 41stth minute of the game Doni Barbosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Darkness's Pete Luna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Doni Barbosa put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Pete Luna. Darkness's Pete Luna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Darkness from getting a goal against them. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Limoeiro-PE FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rodolfo Hori was slow to take the kick. During this time Darkness's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Adolfo Jacindo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Daniël De Goeij quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 49th play minutes Adolfo Jacindo shot 3-2, a short shot which went by Daniël De Goeij and just under the crossbar into goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gino do Valle was the one to do the kick off. Adolfo Jacindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Daniël De Goeij tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pete Luna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doni Barbosa in the 55th minute of the match. Rodolfo Hori could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Daniël De Goeij made a huge save. Darkness made a substitution. Rodriguinho Duarte replaced Kane Einstein. The supporters of Darkness booed when Limoeiro-PE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ole-Gunnar Klose sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Limoeiro-PE FC's Daniël De Goeij played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Jacindo in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Limoeiro-PE FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Tomás Cabral hit a great ball. Pete Luna came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Limoeiro-PE FC's Doni Barbosa. But to his dismay, Doni Barbosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Limoeiro-PE FC's Robert Lozovan was substituted for Gino do Valle. In the 83rd minute of the match, Ole-Gunnar Klose got a very nice opportunity to score, but Daniël De Goeij was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ole-Gunnar Klose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Daniël De Goeij tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes in the game, Adolfo Jacindo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Daniël De Goeij having to interfere. The supporters of Darkness booed when Limoeiro-PE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ole-Gunnar Klose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Daniël De Goeij tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. César Montes kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Darkness's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Lozovan came free, but Pete Luna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 99th minute Adolfo Jacindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniël De Goeij saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Darkness's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
