São Paulo F.C.'s Ronaldo Crispín got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Corbera FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Garin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dirk Snabl. When Yaya Sow, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 19 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Haroldo Garin was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Ronaldo Crispín put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Haroldo Garin. A hard shot 33 in the game by Dirk Snabl from a close distance when the talented Haroldo Garin managed to make a qualified save. Corbera FC's players were relieved. After having played for 34 minutes, Guy Bernaerts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corbera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guy Bernaerts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guy Bernaerts in the 38th minute of play forced São Paulo F.C.'s goalkeeper Tiago Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Ronaldo Crispín sped through Corbera FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Haroldo Garin. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson Melo in the 55th minute of play forced Corbera FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Garin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. São Paulo F.C. were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Corbera FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yaya Sow took the corner. The São Paulo F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when São Paulo F.C.'s Ronaldo Crispín looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Haroldo Garin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Crispín in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Corbera FC booed when São Paulo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yaya Sow didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Yaya Sow ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haroldo Garin was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0.
