A collision led to Pinner Cluj-Napoca getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ali Nurettin hit a great ball. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Jeronimo Rainerio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Florencio Osasun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Nurettin's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Florencio Osasun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petruț Mircescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The throw-in from Froilan Sansone in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Ionică Sava. After a defensive mix-up in El coca fc's zone, Petruț Mircescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florencio Osasun came out of the goal and Petruț Mircescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. El coca fc's Florencio Osasun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Nurettin in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Nurettin in the 36th minute of play forced El coca fc's goalkeeper Florencio Osasun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Jardel Van Landschoot could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Jeronimo Rainerio however easily saved by the left post. In the 46th match minute, Pinner Cluj-Napoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Umea to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Codrin Birișu was substituted for Petruț Mircescu. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pinner Cluj-Napoca's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yakiv Revut was slow to take the kick. During this time El coca fc's players had a chance to rest. Codrin Birișu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pinner Cluj-Napoca made a substitution. Franco Vázquez replaced Cristian Gallo. The El coca fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pinner Cluj-Napoca had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
