Matias Soto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauricio Galtero in the 31st minute. In the 42nd minute Darío Lattapiat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Javiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Baraja Española FC's Gonzalo Castello got a free kick in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baltasar Artaldo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Baraja Española FC's Eustaquio Javiar got control of the ball when Ignace De Muysere tried to sneak it across the goal line.
