After a rather tough play, Cosmos Soccer Club's Federico Maia got a free kick in the 37th minute. Jarrett Rosenberg came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by 沛水龙城's 马军岚. But to his dismay, 马军岚 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. If 马军岚 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by 马军岚 in the 43rd minute of play forced Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Jarrett Rosenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Cosmos Soccer Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 沛水龙城 were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patrick Fontenot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jarrett Rosenberg was a little too slow when 马军岚 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-5. Cyryl Banan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarrett Rosenberg having to interfere. Cosmos Soccer Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Cyryl Banan scored to the left of an out of position Jarrett Rosenberg, making the score, 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyryl Banan got free with Jarrett Rosenberg in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg got control of the ball when 马军岚 tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded 沛水龙城 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cosmos Soccer Club.
