Götz Ferdi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 6th playminute. Timos Kazantzou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristides Abascal having to make a save. If Timos Kazantzou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timos Kazantzou in the 12th minute of play forced AKINCILAR DeLiLeR's goalkeeper Aristides Abascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th match minute, AKINCILAR DeLiLeR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Paez to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timos Kazantzou in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Abascal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Evaristo Paez fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AKINCILAR DeLiLeR's protests and gave Evaristo Paez a yellow card for diving instead. Timos Kazantzou took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aristides Abascal. Aristides Abascal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Timos Kazantzou might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aristides Abascal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timos Kazantzou ran back to his position shaking his head. Timos Kazantzou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aristides Abascal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Timos Kazantzou might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aristides Abascal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timos Kazantzou ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timos Kazantzou got free with Aristides Abascal in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Timos Kazantzou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristides Abascal having to make a save. Aristides Abascal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timos Kazantzou in the 34th minute of play. Evaristo Paez got a throw-in 35 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Rıfat Usbey. In the 36th minute, Ali Tavgaç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timos Kazantzou in the 38th minute of play forced AKINCILAR DeLiLeR's goalkeeper Aristides Abascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timos Kazantzou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Demirhan Ergüleç hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in AKINCILAR DeLiLeR's zone, Timos Kazantzou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Abascal came out of the goal and Timos Kazantzou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aristides Abascal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timos Kazantzou, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes in the game, Timos Kazantzou dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timos Kazantzou in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aristides Abascal saved AKINCILAR DeLiLeR from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timos Kazantzou in the 57th minute of play forced AKINCILAR DeLiLeR's goalkeeper Aristides Abascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Tavgaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Marco Recio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AKINCILAR DeLiLeR's Luís Gustavo da Fonseca was substituted for Ali Tavgaç. If Timos Kazantzou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 80 minutes into the match, Götz Ferdi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aristides Abascal. AKINCILAR DeLiLeR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Götz Ferdi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. After some careless play in the AKINCILAR DeLiLeR defense, Timos Kazantzou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aristides Abascal. The AKINCILAR DeLiLeR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aristides Abascal should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Romain Van Achteren notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of AKINCILAR DeLiLeR's Aristides Abascal. Aristides Abascal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the AKINCILAR DeLiLeR defense, Götz Ferdi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aristides Abascal. The AKINCILAR DeLiLeR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aristides Abascal should have stopped the shot. Aristides Abascal came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by BAŞBUĞ's Timos Kazantzou. But to his dismay, Timos Kazantzou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0.
