BAŞBUĞ's Batuhan Secaat managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cullen Jobson in the 5 minute of the game. Giovana F C's Gian Weidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timos Kazantzou in the 8th minute of play. Timos Kazantzou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gian Weidt having to make a save. Gian Weidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timos Kazantzou, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Marco Recio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute of the match Giovana F C got a corner. BAŞBUĞ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eusébio Angelsø ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Iustin Teodor managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timos Kazantzou in the 18th minute of play forced Giovana F C's goalkeeper Gian Weidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeu Xavier in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Recio saved BAŞBUĞ from getting behind. Gian Weidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timos Kazantzou, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Gian Weidt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timos Kazantzou's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeu Xavier in the 27th minute of play forced BAŞBUĞ's goalkeeper Marco Recio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, BAŞBUĞ's goal looked a bit too open when Bordat Vidania came free, but Marco Recio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timos Kazantzou in the 33rd minute of play forced Giovana F C's goalkeeper Gian Weidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Timos Kazantzou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BAŞBUĞ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a little luck, Giovana F C's Gian Weidt got control of the ball when Timos Kazantzou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gian Weidt was a little too slow when Timos Kazantzou got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 47th minute of the match, Timos Kazantzou tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gian Weidt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bordat Vidania stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gian Weidt came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by BAŞBUĞ's Timos Kazantzou. But to his dismay, Timos Kazantzou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Giovana F C made a substitution. Wilson Arósio replaced Iustin Teodor. Marco Recio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bordat Vidania, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, BAŞBUĞ's Timos Kazantzou got a free kick in the 64th minute. Gian Weidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timos Kazantzou in the 67th minute of the match. Marco Recio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeu Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Giovana F C's Gian Weidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timos Kazantzou in the 77th minute of play. Gian Weidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timos Kazantzou in the 79th minute of play. If Timos Kazantzou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gian Weidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timos Kazantzou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Recio made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Tadeu Xavier sent off a good shot on target. A nice corner shot did that Eusébio Angelsø got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Recio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 87 minutes into the match, Giovana F C's goal looked a bit too open when İlyas Tolga Kerimhan came free, but Gian Weidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When BAŞBUĞ's Timos Kazantzou in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Giovana F C's goalie prevented a goal. Cullen Jobson made in the 94th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tadeu Xavier. Giovana F C's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because BAŞBUĞ had won, even though Giovana F C had held more of the ball.
