After 23 minutes of play, FC Unterrudling's Federico Girotti made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvestre Peli was left in no man's land by his defense there! La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Girotti in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute FC Unterrudling were awarded a corner. Mike Grabner went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Mike Grabner got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Silvestre Peli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hauk Hareide in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl Jemella saved FC Unterrudling from getting behind. Silvestre Peli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Grabner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl Jemella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hauk Hareide in the 31st minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, FC Unterrudling's goal looked a bit too open when Hauk Hareide came free, but Karl Jemella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper Karl Jemella, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 34 minutes into the game, Hauk Hareide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. It was Dariusz Motyl who took care of the corner kick. Felix Castel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The corner ended in Dariusz Motyl almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Unterrudling's Karl Jemella did a great save. Karl Jemella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hauk Hareide in the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, La Bichineta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Filipo to maneuver through the defense. In the 49th minute of the match Mike Grabner sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvestre Peli skillfully saved the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Federico Girotti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Unterrudling were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
