Floresta Club U18's Douglas de Souza came free and shot a quick shot against goal 14 minutes in the game, fortunately Rene Llorian had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Léo de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After a rather tough play, GARIBALDI FC's Genaro Constancio got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Ruy da Rocha sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian didn't even have to move. Rene Llorian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Castro in the 34th minute of the match. Denílson Negri charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denílson Negri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Denílson Negri hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Denílson Negri was shown his second yellow card after 38 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Floresta Club U18's Denílson Negri got a free kick in the 39th minute. Baltasar Quirze's late challenge caught a Floresta Club U18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltasar Quirze helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Baltasar Quirze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The wind increased when Ambrosio Colas made the kick off in the second half. Léo de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Colas in the 53rd minute of play. Rene Llorian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomé Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Tomé Reis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rene Llorian. GARIBALDI FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomé Reis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Floresta Club U18's Vito Maia was substituted for Gilmar Castro.
