In the 2nd match minute, FC Amsterdam Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Love to maneuver through the defense. Ciro Danel charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciro Danel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lenny Theobald's late challenge caught a Domselaar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lenny Theobald helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th match minute, FC Amsterdam Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lenny Theobald to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Alberto Andreola took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Wesley Rush to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelino Quirce got free with Wesley Rush in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th match minute, Domselaar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Danel to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Kinsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damon Kitchen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Saturnino Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Domselaar's protests and gave Saturnino Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Amsterdam Wanderers booed when Domselaar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damon Kitchen, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelino Quirce during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Angelino Quirce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 34th minute of the match Saturnino Barbosa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Saturnino Barbosa a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 36th minute, Damon Kitchen made a precise shot to the right of Filomeno Kinsen. Domselaar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 40 minutes into the game, Victor Loco threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Amsterdam Wanderers's Mick Morris quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 41st minute, Feridun Eronat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brandon Ripley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Filomeno Kinsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Filomeno Kinsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feridun Eronat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Amsterdam Wanderers's Feridun Eronat got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Victor Loco got a throw-in 56 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Angelino Quirce. Filomeno Kinsen stood somewhat misplaced when Feridun Eronat came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 59 minute. After a defensive mix-up in Domselaar's zone, Feridun Eronat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Kinsen came out of the goal and Feridun Eronat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Love's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filomeno Kinsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. With a little luck, Domselaar's Filomeno Kinsen got control of the ball when Feridun Eronat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filomeno Kinsen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Feridun Eronat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 80 minute of play. Domselaar's Filomeno Kinsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Domselaar from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Domselaar defense, Adrian Rowling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filomeno Kinsen. The Domselaar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filomeno Kinsen should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feridun Eronat in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filomeno Kinsen saved Domselaar from getting behind. Alberto Andreola kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. FC Amsterdam Wanderers played a much better game than Domselaar and deserved their victory. The Domselaar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
