Songur Çelikyay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Öz Bern SK's Kılıç Uğural played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Poling in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sandu Stănciulaş stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Cielii FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sandu Stănciulaş came free, but Songur Çelikyay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richard Nixon kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Songur Çelikyay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Stănciulaş in the 60th minute of play. The Öz Bern SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 73rdth minute of the game Sandu Stănciulaş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cielii FC's Songur Çelikyay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 74 minutes Cielii FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Doğuş Vecihi who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Öz Bern SK's corner Doğuş Vecihi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Songur Çelikyay quite easily take care of the ball. In the 75th minute Semail Gökdoğan suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Tadeusz Poling charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeusz Poling the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 77 minutes into the match, Cielii FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sandu Stănciulaş came free, but Songur Çelikyay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandu Stănciulaş might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Songur Çelikyay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 92ndth minute of the game Sandu Stănciulaş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cielii FC's Songur Çelikyay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
