Kılıç Uğural took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Kliczek&Syn's Igor Furgal got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 91 played minutes Kliczek&Syn got a freekick which was hit by Boguslaw Hatman. Doğuş Vecihi might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iwan Nakoneczny. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doğuş Vecihi ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Kliczek&Syn defense, Frans Geurtsen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwan Nakoneczny. The Kliczek&Syn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwan Nakoneczny should have stopped the shot. 98 minutes into the match, Kliczek&Syn's goal looked a bit too open when Doğuş Vecihi came free, but Iwan Nakoneczny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Öz Bern SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
