Jacek Krzynowek was slow to take the kick. During this time TAXI-MM-'s players had a chance to rest. Ferdinand Johnson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacek Krzynowek, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 24thth minute of the game Diego De La Vega who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TAXI-MM-'s Martin Alexa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. TAXI-MM-'s Bernardino Ipar got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute Bernardino Ipar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Johnson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 played minutes TAXI-MM- got a freekick which was hit by Xu Nan Kun. TAXI-MM-'s Jacek Krzynowek got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. TAXI-MM-'s Martin Alexa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save TAXI-MM- from getting a goal against them. When Diego De La Vega came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego De La Vega couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Xu Nan Kun in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's Petrigai Cerbera. 42 minutes in the game Xu Nan Kun did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jacek Krzynowek. Leonides Pulido hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The supporters of ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ booed when TAXI-MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuan Di Xing didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Diego De La Vega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's Diego De La Vega got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stig-Åke Mager hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Jacek Krzynowek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferdinand Johnson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Martin Alexa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guib Cortina's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Leonides Pulido blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Martin Alexa having to make a save. In the 80th minute, Leonides Pulido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's zone, Yuan Di Xing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferdinand Johnson came out of the goal and Yuan Di Xing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Alexa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guib Cortina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Bernardino Ipar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Leonides Pulido fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's protests and gave Leonides Pulido a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's Leonides Pulido got a free kick in the 86th minute. Roger Peiro hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardino Ipar in the 93rd minute of play forced ꜱᴀᴊʀᴀꜱ ꜰᴄ's goalkeeper Ferdinand Johnson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
