Luponero FC's Eraldo Cannone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peng Sha Yang in the 3rd minute of play. Peng Sha Yang might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eraldo Cannone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peng Sha Yang ran back to his position shaking his head. Peng Sha Yang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eraldo Cannone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Eraldo Cannone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Dalmai in the 5th minute of the match. Ignaz Ecke hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 7 played minutes, Dionisia's Florencio Chano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eraldo Cannone came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dionisia reached it. Serafim Eanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Kon in the 13th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peng Sha Yang in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eraldo Cannone saved Luponero FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Achille Molinaro in the 19th minute of play forced Dionisia's goalkeeper Serafim Eanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Peng Sha Yang came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Dionisia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peng Sha Yang couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute Achille Molinaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Eanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Peng Sha Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Peng Sha Yang made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Dionisia's Lucio Garoa got a free kick in the 54th minute. Roman Kon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peng Sha Yangs short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Eraldo Cannone to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 96th minute, Dionisia's Nemesio Eudoxio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dionisia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
