Billy Jacquemet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paddy Thomson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Graeme Gordon in the 34th minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Billy Jacquemet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesse McJames showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Mena in the 42nd minute of the match.

Angel Mena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesse McJames having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Smiddy Celts's Billy Jacquemet threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Phillip McKeochan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. West Town SC's Billy Jacquemet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 雷益铮 in the 74th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Angel Mena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jesse McJames was relentless in the 76th minute of the game.
