An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Herz in the 7th minute of play forced Centeno's goalkeeper Ambrosio Dacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Centeno's Toro Halland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sepp Mainville narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Igor Celio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zelg FC's goalkeeper Sepp Mainville, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Toro Halland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sepp Mainville having to interfere. Centeno's Ambrosio Dacio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irwin Monney in the 19th minute of play. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Centeno's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albain Furst was slow to take the kick. During this time Zelg FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Albain Furst got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ambrosio Dacio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Abelardo Bernabel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Centeno's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Bernabel in the 24th minute of play. Sepp Mainville took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Bernabel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hakan Kaan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ambrosio Dacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilles Clerc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ambrosio Dacio came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Zelg FC's Irwin Monney. But to his dismay, Irwin Monney quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonas Herz was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's Jonas Herz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ambrosio Dacio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonas Herz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Ambrosio Dacio 57 minutes into the match. Sepp Mainville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Bernabel in the 61st minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Matai came free, but Sepp Mainville reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ambrosio Dacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Herz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Centeno's Ambrosio Dacio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Centeno from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Centeno's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albain Furst was slow to take the kick. During this time Zelg FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Zelg FC's Albain Furst to fire away a dangerous shot which Ambrosio Dacio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Herbert Skrzypiec charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herbert Skrzypiec the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Herbert Skrzypiec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Zelg FC were awarded a corner. Albain Furst went to the cornerflag to take it. After 83 played minutes Zelg FC got a freekick which was hit by Stephan Eichenberger. Centeno's Esteve Jurdan was substituted for Abelardo Bernabel. The supporters of Centeno booed when Zelg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stephan Eichenberger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambrosio Dacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Herz in the 89th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Herz in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ambrosio Dacio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ambrosio Dacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Herz in the 92nd minute of play. Edgard Ovando's late challenge caught a Zelg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard Ovando helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Centeno fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in Centeno's zone, Gilles Clerc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ambrosio Dacio came out of the goal and Gilles Clerc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zelg FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
