With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olgierd Kowalski in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elbert Hand saved Kultapossukerho from getting behind. Lakis Mallios made in the 10th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by BYDGOSTIA's Dariusz Smuskiewicz. 15 minutes into the match, Patryk Zgonina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elbert Hand. Kultapossukerho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patryk Zgonina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Zbyszko Leper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuutti Vauhkonen, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, BYDGOSTIA's Fabio-Roman Cannavaro got a free kick in the 20th minute. When Uolevi Hagman came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Kultapossukerho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uolevi Hagman couldn't finish the play. Sixto Ugutz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Zbyszko Leper made a huge save. After 24 minutes, Dariusz Smuskiewicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BYDGOSTIA and the Kultapossukerho players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 24 played minutes BYDGOSTIA got a freekick which was hit by Dariusz Smuskiewicz. In the 26th match minute, Kultapossukerho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lakis Mallios to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Olgierd Kowalski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elbert Hand was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Elbert Hand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olgierd Kowalski's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Terho Litja could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Zbyszko Leper made a huge save. Elbert Hand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olgierd Kowalski in the 36th minute of the match. Elbert Hand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patryk Zgonina, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Kultapossukerho's Hernan Leizarraga was substituted for Terho Litja. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sixto Ugutz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olgierd Kowalski got free with Elbert Hand in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Ugutz in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Ugutz came free, but Zbyszko Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Olgierd Kowalski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elbert Hand, 0-3. 66 minutes into the match, Olgierd Kowalski notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Kultapossukerho's Elbert Hand. Elbert Hand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 72 minutes into the match, Kultapossukerho's goalkeeper Elbert Hand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olgierd Kowalski. Elbert Hand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Kowalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olgierd Kowalski got free with Elbert Hand in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A well-hit corner resulted in Olgierd Kowalski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Marcin Prusinowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elbert Hand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcin Prusinowski ran back to his position shaking his head. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. BYDGOSTIA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
