Nicolas Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dabi Vila in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Olímpico Blumenau FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo-Enrique Alabern came free, but Nicolas Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-1 became the score in the 13th minute when Sebastián Paz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 16thth minute of the game Nereo Cacheres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olímpico Blumenau FC's Nicolas Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Olímpico Blumenau FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dabi Vila came free, but Nicolas Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Olímpico Blumenau FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Ferraz. Nicolas Castro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dabi Vila went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Albano Unzueta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Ferraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Jeremias Ferraz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Albano Unzueta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 35 minutes of play, Los once leones Ourense's Dabi Vila made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas Castro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicolas Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Cacheres in the 40th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Olímpico Blumenau FC's Luís Paulo Penha got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Pablo-Enrique Alabern notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Olímpico Blumenau FC's Nicolas Castro. Nicolas Castro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 48th minute, Dabi Vila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicolas Castro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. After the first half Los once leones Ourense were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zé Carlos Alves to make the kick off. After 55 minutes Olímpico Blumenau FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nereo Cacheres who took care of the corner kick. With a little luck, Olímpico Blumenau FC's Nicolas Castro got control of the ball when Dabi Vila tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicolas Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Cacheres in the 68th minute of the match. Albano Unzueta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Carlos Alves, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Los once leones Ourense's Nereo Cacheres dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. With a little luck, Olímpico Blumenau FC's Nicolas Castro got control of the ball when Pablo-Enrique Alabern tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Nereo Cacheres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 94 played minutes Los once leones Ourense got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Calvo. Isaltino Siqueira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Albano Unzueta. Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Dabi Vila recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nicolas Castro. Dabi Vila showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. Los once leones Ourense's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
