Reinaldo Medina charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reinaldo Medina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 34 played minutes OROTINENSE got a freekick which was hit by Jacek Walczak. After a defensive mix-up in OROTINENSE's zone, Bernardo Colle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liu Yong Yong came out of the goal and Bernardo Colle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's goalkeeper Guntademaro Macera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacek Walczak. In the 40th minute of the match, Juraj Múdry got a very nice opportunity to score, but Guntademaro Macera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Guntademaro Macera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Talamanca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute David Talamanca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guntademaro Macera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardo Colle to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Talamanca in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guntademaro Macera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute, Manolo Robledo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. When OROTINENSE's Minor Talamanca in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
