Liu Yong Yong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Kinic in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, San Michele AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Juraj Múdry came free, but Motta Rello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute David Talamanca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Motta Rello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as San Michele AFC's Alvaro Giusto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Liu Yong Yong. That made the score 1-0 after 36 minutes of play. A collision led to OROTINENSE getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Diego Palma hit a great ball. When David Talamanca got free in front of the goal in the 83rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Motta Rello was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 88 minutes into the game, San Michele AFC's Ziemowit Kinic nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Liu Yong Yong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Alvaro Giusto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Giusto in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liu Yong Yong saved OROTINENSE from getting behind. Minor Talamanca kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Juraj Múdry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the OROTINENSE players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for San Michele AFC.
