Grentino FC's Falcão Sampaio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Grentino FC from getting a goal against them. Nilton Passos got a throw-in 17 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bo Edström. After some careless play in the Grentino FC defense, Anıl Özkut kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Falcão Sampaio. The Grentino FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Falcão Sampaio should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Anıl Özkut took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Falcão Sampaio to make any attempt to save it. Falcão Sampaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Özkut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Corneliu Cozac in the 30th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Grentino FC's Nilton Passos. If Anıl Özkut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Grentino FC's Falcão Sampaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anıl Özkut in the 36th minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, Grentino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilton Passos to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After having played for 51 minutes, Erasmo Simão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grentino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Simão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Grentino FC defense, Anıl Özkut kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Falcão Sampaio. Anıl Özkut might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Falcão Sampaio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Falcão Sampaio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anıl Özkut went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Digital Monsterz FC made a substitution. In the 70thth minute of the game Damazy Polek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grentino FC's Falcão Sampaio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Falcão Sampaio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damazy Polek's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Damazy Polek might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Falcão Sampaio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damazy Polek ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 75th minute Damazy Polek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Falcão Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damazy Polek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Falcão Sampaio having to make a save. Falcão Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Polek in the 77th minute of play. Isak Jacobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Simão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Isak Jacobsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 85th minute Damazy Polek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Falcão Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Digital Monsterz FC's attentive Ahmet Boran Aktay managed to snatch the ball when Nilton Passos made a throw-in in the 89th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Digital Monsterz FC had won after a very even match.
