Gabriel Francesco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zorko Hendrickx, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, ACR SA's goalkeeper Roch Olchawa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amancio Castulo. 5 minutes into the game, Venancio Eskuin lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Roch Olchawa. Mateo Pession scored 1-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Francesco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gabriel Francesco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wojciech Orszak in the 15th minute of the match. Gabriel Francesco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Pession in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, A.A FÊNIX's goal looked a bit too open when Zorko Hendrickx came free, but Gabriel Francesco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Francesco came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by ACR SA's Zorko Hendrickx. But to his dismay, Zorko Hendrickx quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After 28 played minutes A.A FÊNIX got a freekick which was hit by Mario Marquez. In the 30th match minute, A.A FÊNIX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Beti to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Francesco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zorko Hendrickx went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Boruc Cytrynski took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Francesco. Gabriel Francesco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zorko Hendrickx to strike the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Francesco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mateo Pession in the 52nd minute. A.A FÊNIX's Gabriel Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zorko Hendrickx in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Mateo Pession made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Francesco. A.A FÊNIX's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. 64 minutes into the game, ACR SA's Mateo Pession nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Francesco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-9. After some careless play in the A.A FÊNIX defense, Mateo Pession kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Francesco. The A.A FÊNIX fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Francesco should have stopped the shot. When Bernardo Dantae fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.A FÊNIX's protests and gave Bernardo Dantae a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes A.A FÊNIX got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Dantae. A collision led to ACR SA getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Beniamin Chludzinski hit a great ball.
