When Hilário Meira came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Miradeses FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilário Meira couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the match, Miradeses FC's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Paez came free, but Peter Sparks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match, Apolo Paez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Peter Sparks saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Miro Rohrer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilário Meira in the 42nd minute of the match. Peter Sparks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Paez in the 61st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Miradeses FC's zone, 莫宽光 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter Sparks came out of the goal and 莫宽光 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Apolo Paez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Sparks having to interfere. Peter Sparks stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduardo Jerano's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Miro Rohrer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hilário Meira in the 79th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Jerano in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Sparks prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
