Espigão Steamrollers's Thorstein Heinsmann quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mehmet Şefik Ubeydullah, made in the 8th minute of the game. In the 9th minute Roneixon Siqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yusuf Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute of the match Espigão Steamrollers got a corner. San Diego FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oswaldo Nascimento ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some careless play in the San Diego FC defense, Roneixon Siqueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yusuf Stegen. The San Diego FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yusuf Stegen should have stopped the shot. After 20 minutes of play, Espigão Steamrollers's Roneixon Siqueira made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yusuf Stegen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yusuf Stegen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roneixon Siqueira went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. If 柳远桑 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Espigão Steamrollers's attentive Thorstein Heinsmann managed to snatch the ball when Mehmet Şefik Ubeydullah made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Roneixon Siqueira put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Yusuf Stegen. Yusuf Stegen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roneixon Siqueira in the 35th minute of play. Yusuf Stegen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roneixon Siqueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The throw-in from Mehmet Şefik Ubeydullah in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Espigão Steamrollers's Thorstein Heinsmann. Roneixon Siqueira scored 0-6 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yusuf Stegen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Oswaldo Nascimento had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Teddy Bourasseau charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teddy Bourasseau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Espigão Steamrollers's Zézinho Matos was substituted for Oswaldo Nascimento. The supporters of Espigão Steamrollers booed when San Diego FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teddy Bourasseau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kara Bhattacharya kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Espigão Steamrollers made a substitution. Walmyr Meira replaced 柳远桑. After 49 played minutes Espigão Steamrollers got a freekick which was hit by Kara Bhattacharya. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

58 minutes into the match, Roneixon Siqueira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yusuf Stegen, 0-7. Roneixon Siqueira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Yusuf Stegen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 64 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's Roneixon Siqueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yusuf Stegen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 65th minute Espigão Steamrollers were awarded a corner. Roneixon Siqueira went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Espigão Steamrollers's corner Roneixon Siqueira fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yusuf Stegen quite easily take care of the ball. After 70 minutes, Ahmet Ali Bekir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Diego FC and the Espigão Steamrollers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th minute, Ahmet Ali Bekir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yusuf Stegen stood somewhat misplaced when Roneixon Siqueira came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 73 minute. Espigão Steamrollers made a substitution. Yuri Paranaense replaced Roneixon Siqueira. Walmyr Meira's late challenge caught a San Diego FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Walmyr Meira helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Espigão Steamrollers's Walmyr Meira got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute, Espigão Steamrollers's Yuri Paranaense dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Yuri Paranaense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yusuf Stegen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Yuri Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yusuf Stegen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yuri Paranaense in the 87th minute. Yuri Paranaense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yusuf Stegen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Yusuf Stegen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yuri Paranaense showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 94 minute of play. Yuri Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Espigão Steamrollers eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
