Maciej Jankowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vahap Tezcan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maciej Jankowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Vahap Tezcan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maciej Jankowski in the 5th minute. When Alptuğ Rahim fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's protests and gave Alptuğ Rahim a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th match minute, ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alptuğ Rahim to maneuver through the defense. Vahap Tezcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Blanchaert in the 11th minute of play. If Andre Blanchaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nejat Kotuz made in the 18th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alptuğ Rahim immediately put the ball in play. 24 minutes into the game, Maciej Jankowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vahap Tezcan. Maciej Jankowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maciej Jankowski in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vahap Tezcan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. AJAX's Veniamin Rogalev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Songur Karataş in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Blanchaert in the 36th minute of play forced ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's goalkeeper Vahap Tezcan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cihan Geylani kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After 39 minutes, Andre Blanchaert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AJAX and the ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to AJAX getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Andre Blanchaert hit a great ball. After 42 played minutes Maciej Jankowski rounded ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. If Songur Karataş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Vahap Tezcan came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by AJAX's Maciej Jankowski. But to his dismay, Maciej Jankowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Vahap Tezcan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maciej Jankowski's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Jankowski came free, but Vahap Tezcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alptuğ Rahim got free with Veniamin Rogalev in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü defense, Andre Blanchaert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vahap Tezcan. The ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vahap Tezcan should have stopped the shot. Maciej Jankowski scored 6-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vahap Tezcan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 69th match minute, ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murat Yavuz to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, Maciej Jankowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 75 played minutes ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü got a freekick which was hit by Nejat Kotuz. Vahap Tezcan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maciej Jankowski's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Bedri Aydıntan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 81st minute, Maciej Jankowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AJAX fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Alptuğ Rahim kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü got a freekick which was hit by Abdi Saygın Timur. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's goalkeeper Vahap Tezcan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gaffar Özer came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Veniamin Rogalev could save by the left post. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AJAX fully deserved thier win.
