Qin Sen Chen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abdi Mehmet Rakim showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Qin Sen Chen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philippe-Arnaud Heremans, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute The Everett Hawks were awarded a corner. Feijo Fresnos went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on The Everett Hawks's corner Feijo Fresnos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Qin Sen Chen quite easily take care of the ball. Qin Sen Chen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willem-Jan Grootjans, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 31 minutes of play, The Everett Hawks's Fre van Eijnde made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Qin Sen Chen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Qin Sen Chen came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by The Everett Hawks's Fre van Eijnde. But to his dismay, Fre van Eijnde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Erdal Tamkoç's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ludo Vanden Bossche read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Qin Sen Chen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philippe-Arnaud Heremans in the 43rd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abdi Mehmet Rakim was the one to do the kick off. Qin Sen Chen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philippe-Arnaud Heremans in the 51st minute of play. Fre van Eijnde hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute Fre van Eijnde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qin Sen Chen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, 1930 Bafraspor's goal looked a bit too open when Willem-Jan Grootjans came free, but Qin Sen Chen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The The Everett Hawks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. A sloppy throw-in by Laureano Shantala in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by 1930 Bafraspor's Haldun Şömel. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. The Everett Hawks fully deserved thier win.
