Heiko Som made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timo Schinnenburg in the 3rd minute of play. Timo Schinnenburg scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Heiko Som, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Burgstaller in the 5th minute of play forced De Ontembare Leeuwen's goalkeeper Heiko Som to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, De Ontembare Leeuwen's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Burgstaller came free, but Heiko Som reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. De Ontembare Leeuwen's Heiko Som played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Burgstaller in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the match De Ontembare Leeuwen got a corner. Möhnsen FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kevin Newman ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kevin Newman made a great header on De Ontembare Leeuwen's corner, it was just that Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz managed to reach the ball for a save. Heiko Som took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timo Schinnenburg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. De Ontembare Leeuwen's Heiko Som played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Schinnenburg in the 13th minute of play. Emerson Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Newman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. De Ontembare Leeuwen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 28 minutes into the match, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Ernest Kleinman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emerson Ferraz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Timo Schinnenburg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Burgstaller in the 32nd minute of play forced De Ontembare Leeuwen's goalkeeper Heiko Som to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Newman in the 33rd minute of play forced Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper Emerson Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the game, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Kevin Newman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emerson Ferraz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Steve Schrage kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Béla Strothmann during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Heiko Som took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Burgstaller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. De Ontembare Leeuwen's Jacco Hoving got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Möhnsen FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guido Burgstaller was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind De Ontembare Leeuwen's goalkeeper Heiko Som, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 55th play minute Karel Dautzenberg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Heiko Som. 1-3. In the 57th minute of the match, Béla Strothmann tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Heiko Som saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Emerson Ferraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Kleinman, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute De Ontembare Leeuwen were awarded a corner. Kevin Newman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Kevin Newman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz did a great save. 62 minutes into the match, Möhnsen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Newman came free, but Emerson Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rdth minute of the game Kevin Newman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Heiko Som was a little too slow when Leo Freiherr got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 1-5. After a rather tough play, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Kevin Newman got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After some careless play in the De Ontembare Leeuwen defense, Béla Strothmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Heiko Som. The De Ontembare Leeuwen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Heiko Som should have stopped the shot. Jorn Spannenburg charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorn Spannenburg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Jorn Spannenburg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Möhnsen FC's Timo Schinnenburg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Heiko Som. That made the score 1-7 after 82 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Carlos Gustavo Anatibia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emerson Ferraz was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. After 86 minutes, Carlos Gustavo Anatibia made it 2-7 with a short kick to the right side. Möhnsen FC's Emerson Ferraz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Heiko Som showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Freiherr in the 92nd minute of the match. Jorn Spannenburg kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. De Ontembare Leeuwen's Heiko Som proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save De Ontembare Leeuwen from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Möhnsen FC booed when De Ontembare Leeuwen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernest Kleinman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Möhnsen FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
