Quimeras Jrs.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Tomas Ciudad scored to the left of an out of position Elias Jordy, making the score, 1-0. Osmar Goiano succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. In the 11th minute, Ciudad Tao FC's Tomas Ciudad ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Elias Jordy. Elias Jordy yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Vincenzo Landa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alejandro Gaspard's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. The Ciudad Tao FC fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Ciudad Tao FC's Tomas Ciudad looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Quimeras Jrs.'s zone, Osmar Goiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Jordy came out of the goal and Osmar Goiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elias Jordy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Ciudad in the 27th minute. Tomas Ciudad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Jordy having to interfere. Quimeras Jrs.'s Elias Jordy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osmar Goiano in the 34th minute of play. Elias Jordy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Ciudad showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 37 minute of play. Tomas Ciudads short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Elias Jordy to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the Ciudad Tao FC defense, Alejandro Gaspard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vincenzo Landa. The Ciudad Tao FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vincenzo Landa should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejandro Gaspard made a kick off. Alejandro Gaspards short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Vincenzo Landa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ciudad Tao FC made a substitution. Joel Sandström replaced Güralp Orkun. In the 64th minute Alejandro Gaspard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincenzo Landa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 68 in the game by Alejandro Gaspard from a close distance when the talented Vincenzo Landa managed to make a qualified save. Ciudad Tao FC's players were relieved. If Tomas Ciudad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciudad Tao FC made a substitution. Miron Zabel replaced Tomas Ciudad. In the 79th minute Miron Zabel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Jordy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
