In the 18th minute, Song Xiao Li hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Claudio Bernardini notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of C.F Intercity's Jeremie Van Nel. Jeremie Van Nel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olivar Ribeiro got free with Bruno Antognoni in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, C.F Intercity's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Donnellson came free, but Jeremie Van Nel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.F Intercity's Jeremie Van Nel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paşa Corre in the 32nd minute of play. Jeremie Van Nel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Tingelholm in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute Claudio Bernardini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremie Van Nel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremie Van Nel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charilaos Tzanetakos in the 37th minute of play. Şimşek Miran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Bruno Antognoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, C.F Intercity's Aarón Campos got a free kick in the 41st minute. Gustavo Gomes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremie Van Nel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Charilaos Tzanetakos's late challenge caught a C.F Intercity's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Charilaos Tzanetakos helped the player get up and apologised. 43 minutes into the game, one of San Felice a Ema U.L.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some careless play in the San Felice a Ema U.L. defense, Olivar Ribeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Antognoni. The San Felice a Ema U.L. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Antognoni should have stopped the shot. Xamin Urbieta kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Jeremie Van Nel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Bernardini went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After the first half San Felice a Ema U.L. were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Björn Tingelholm to strike the kick off in the second half. Jeremie Van Nel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Björn Tingelholm in the 55th minute of play. Bruno Antognoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olivar Ribeiro in the 56th minute of the match. Zenon Mitus hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Bernardini got free with Jeremie Van Nel in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute, Olivar Ribeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. C.F Intercity made a substitution. Bruno Antognoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Cazacu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Jeremie Van Nel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patrick Donnellson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jeremie Van Nel came out and tried to block the shot, but Patrick Donnellson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 93rd minute. Elia Scarinci could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Jeremie Van Nel made a huge save. Bruno Antognoni came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by C.F Intercity's Daniel Cazacu. But to his dismay, Daniel Cazacu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4.
