With a little luck, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Tomas Snow got control of the ball when Gunnar Nordlander tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of El Renacer del Quijano FC booed when Vallentuna Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörgen Alegren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Vallentuna Kickers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El Renacer del Quijano FC were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Torbjörn Tingberg was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vallentuna Kickers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Peneios Protopsaltis was slow to take the kick. During this time El Renacer del Quijano FC's players had a chance to rest. The tension between the Vallentuna Kickers and the El Renacer del Quijano FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fredrik Bjurström hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing El Renacer del Quijano FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
