He walked away shaking his head. Filomeno Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grzegorz Gdaniec in the 9th minute of the match. AD FAFE's Filomeno Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Gdaniec in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sävedalen's Zlatan Mittman got a free kick in the 16th minute. Grzegorz Gdaniec took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filomeno Santana. Filomeno Santana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 24 minutes into the game, Grzegorz Gdaniec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Filomeno Santana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Isaltino Durr made an important save on a dangerous shot by Noel Regueira in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Jacinto Ponte managed to get in a good position for a shot. AD FAFE's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Ponte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaltino Durr breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute Noel Regueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaltino Durr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, AD FAFE's goal looked a bit too open when Grzegorz Gdaniec came free, but Filomeno Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaltino Durr made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Ponte in the 35th minute. A throw-in in the 37th minute of the game was made by David Rocastle with Raul Sales as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a little luck, Sävedalen's Isaltino Durr got control of the ball when Noel Regueira tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Grzegorz Gdaniec was the one to do the kick off. AD FAFE's Filomeno Santana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save AD FAFE from getting a goal against them. Bernardino Fraco lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 52nd minute, one of AD FAFE:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AD FAFE. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for Sävedalen. Tommy Butcher stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Filomeno Santana. 0-3. David Rocastle kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Sävedalen's Lennart Larsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Filomeno Santana. Filomeno Santana yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Zlatan Mittman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tony Snäll scored 0-5 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filomeno Santana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. AD FAFE's Filomeno Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Larsson in the 81st minute of play. Basilio Nafarroa made in the 85th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Zlatan Mittman however managed to control. The audience thought a goal was coming when Junior Junior got free with Filomeno Santana in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filomeno Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Larsson in the 91st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Grigoriy Melnichenko in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filomeno Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the match, AD FAFE's goalkeeper Filomeno Santana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Junior Junior. In the 98th minute, Junior Junior ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filomeno Santana was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The Sävedalen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
