Eser Ulutaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nick Heesen in the 10th minute of play. After 11 played minutes A T A B E Y - Fener45 got a freekick which was hit by Shi Jing Hao. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ditlev Delmont in the 15th minute of play forced A T A B E Y - Fener45's goalkeeper Eser Ulutaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nick Heesen in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eser Ulutaş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eser Ulutaş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nick Heesen in the 18th minute of the match. A T A B E Y - Fener45's Eser Ulutaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nick Heesen in the 20th minute of play. Nick Heesen took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eser Ulutaş. Eser Ulutaş dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Nick Heesen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 40th minute Nick Heesen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eser Ulutaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Shi Jing Hao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robustiano Giro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Georg Hagberg made a huge save. With a little luck, Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg got control of the ball when Robustiano Giro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Ágætis Byrjun were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Robustiano Giro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nick Heesen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eser Ulutaş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Nick Heesen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robustiano Giro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Georg Hagberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. The throw-in from Abdurrezzak Türev in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ágætis Byrjun's Gregorio Urtsin. After some careless play in the Ágætis Byrjun defense, Robustiano Giro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Georg Hagberg. The Ágætis Byrjun fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georg Hagberg should have stopped the shot. Ágætis Byrjun made a substitution. Dennis Moermans replaced Ernst Melis. The supporters of A T A B E Y - Fener45 booed when Ágætis Byrjun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Urtsin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ágætis Byrjun's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
