After taking down the ball on Nusaybin GençLikSpor's corner Mustafa Namık Yalavaç fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joonatan De Vlaeminck quite easily take care of the ball. In the 16th minute Octavio Ordono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serdar Ulualp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andres Oper could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Serdar Ulualp made a huge save. Mustafa Namık Yalavaç got a throw-in 21 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kong Jun Ying. Serdar Ulualp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andres Oper in the 28th minute. Sleepy Soldiers FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frits Cromefeldt in the 39th minute. The corner ended in Iwo Gdowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Serdar Ulualp did a great save. Andres Oper scored 1-0 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serdar Ulualp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joonatan De Vlaeminck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gökalp Rakim went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kong Jun Ying stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Serdar Ulualp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Ordono, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute Sleepy Soldiers FC were awarded a corner. Frits Cromefeldt went to the cornerflag to take it. Sleepy Soldiers FC's Andres Oper was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Serdar Ulualp in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 54 minutes, Andres Oper managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sleepy Soldiers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Oper was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serdar Ulualp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Oper in the 56th minute of the match. After 57 minutes Nusaybin GençLikSpor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frits Cromefeldt who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Frits Cromefeldt got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Serdar Ulualp quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Serdar Ulualp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Oper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serdar Ulualp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Oper in the 64th minute of play. The Nusaybin GençLikSpor fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Kong Jun Ying looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bülent Turgay got a throw-in 70 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kong Jun Ying. When Andres Oper came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Sleepy Soldiers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Oper couldn't finish the play. Andres Oper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Serdar Ulualp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andres Oper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Andres Oper might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serdar Ulualp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andres Oper ran back to his position shaking his head. Serdar Ulualp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Oper, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Sleepy Soldiers FC were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Nusaybin GençLikSpor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frits Cromefeldt took the corner. Andres Oper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Serdar Ulualp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
