With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Minteuan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Bünyamin Toygar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the game, Hồ Ho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Plan B the free kick. A collision led to PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Hồ Ho hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Rolf came free, but Cristian Minteuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Örjan Andersson came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Edgar Florescu. But to his dismay, Edgar Florescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.
