An unexpectedly hard shot by Sukma Adriansyah in the 6th minute of play forced Gocmar FK's goalkeeper Arif Bilge Kınay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Bilge Kınay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andriy Shevchenko in the 9th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Gocmar FK got a freekick which was hit by Sefa Necdet. Arif Bilge Kınay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olof Derksen, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 13th minute, Olof Derksen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arif Bilge Kınay was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Arif Bilge Kınay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olof Derksen's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olof Derksen in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Bilge Kınay saved Gocmar FK from getting behind. Ullún's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sebastian Lupu in the 19th minute. Ullún's Sebastian Lupu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arif Bilge Kınay in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Simon Rioja took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arif Bilge Kınay. Arif Bilge Kınay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Arif Bilge Kınay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andriy Shevchenko went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 29 played minutes Gocmar FK got a freekick which was hit by İsa Akyüz. Arif Bilge Kınay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sukma Adriansyah in the 29th minute of the match. Arif Bilge Kınay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Onur Kutulmuş was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Andriy Shevchenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Bilge Kınay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olof Derksen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 57th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Arif Bilge Kınay was a little too slow when Olof Derksen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andriy Shevchenko got free with Arif Bilge Kınay in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juliusz Wachna's late challenge caught a Gocmar FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juliusz Wachna helped the player get up and apologised. After 82 played minutes Ullún got a freekick which was hit by Juliusz Wachna. After some careless play in the Gocmar FK defense, Sukma Adriansyah kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arif Bilge Kınay. The Gocmar FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arif Bilge Kınay should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Arif Bilge Kınay successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 89th minute Ullún were awarded a corner. Sebastian Lupu went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Gocmar FK's İsa Akyüz got a free kick in the 96th minute. Ullún played a much better game than Gocmar FK and deserved their victory. The Gocmar FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
