Mariano Canal charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariano Canal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mariano Canal hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Leonardo Romani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Feliks Mazić went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 7 minutes of play, Club Atletico Arteixo's Zuberoa Alabern made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonardo Romani was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliks Mazić got free with Leonardo Romani in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute, Aldo Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Indalecio Morcego got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariano Canal hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Zuberoa Alabern managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Arteixo's supporters rose to their feet, but Zuberoa Alabern was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Romani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 21 played minutes Club Deportivo O IRIXO got a freekick which was hit by Hitzeder Palomar. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Quilo Morcego scored to the left of an out of position Leonardo Romani, making the score, 3-0. 26 minutes in the game, Quilo Morcego fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Leonardo Romani having to interfere. If Feliks Mazić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes Club Deportivo O IRIXO got a freekick which was hit by Dacio Lara. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atletico Arteixo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amaro Segarra was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Deportivo O IRIXO's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Club Deportivo O IRIXO's corner Amaro Segarra fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ziya Onur Akıncıbey quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Club Atletico Arteixo booed when Club Deportivo O IRIXO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dacio Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teofilo Maroto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonardo Romani came out and tried to block the shot, but Teofilo Maroto slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 41st minute. Quilo Morcego hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Arteixo's goal looked a bit too open when Indalecio Morcego came free, but Ziya Onur Akıncıbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliks Mazić made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Feliks Mazić ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Romani was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 55th minute, Macerio Sarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Romani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quilo Morcego, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Arteixo's Quilo Morcego nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Romani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 67th minute, Quilo Morcego got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 72 played minutes Club Atletico Arteixo got a freekick which was hit by Quilo Morcego. Lander Solana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute Zuberoa Alabern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Romani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Romani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quilo Morcego in the 82nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Feliks Mazić managed to get in a good position for a shot.
