The supporters of Manantiales Fc booed when JORGE NEWBERY FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Mauad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidro Cresencio, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Federico Hanni who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Romulo Benvide when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Zbigniew Barowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Almir Britto in the 15th minute of play. Ronaldo Ronaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Romulo Benvide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute Xie Rong Hao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbigniew Barowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Manantiales Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Xie Rong Hao came free, but Zbigniew Barowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romulo Benvide made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Federico Hanni sent off a good shot on target. Romulo Benvide made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Hanni in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute Ronaldo Ronaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Benvide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manantiales Fc's Ronaldo Ronaldo got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Federico Hanni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Benvide having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Hanni got free with Romulo Benvide in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Almir Britto in the 46th minute of play forced Manantiales Fc's goalkeeper Zbigniew Barowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romulo Benvide acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 48th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Isidro Cresencio.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronaldo Ronaldo to make the kick off. Federico Hanni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romulo Benvide having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Hanni in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romulo Benvide prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Manantiales Fc defense, Xie Rong Hao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbigniew Barowicz. The Manantiales Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbigniew Barowicz should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Hanni in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romulo Benvide prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute Federico Hanni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Benvide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Hanni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romulo Benvide having to make a save. 78 minutes into the match, JORGE NEWBERY FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Hanni came free, but Romulo Benvide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romulo Benvide stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Hanni's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute, Federico Hanni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. JORGE NEWBERY FUTBOL CLUB made a substitution. Enzo Diaz replaced Almir Britto. Federico Hanni kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Manantiales Fc's zone, Xie Rong Hao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbigniew Barowicz came out of the goal and Xie Rong Hao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Federico Hanni scored 1-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romulo Benvide, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute, Federico Hanni ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romulo Benvide was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Romulo Benvide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Hanni in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Manantiales Fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while JORGE NEWBERY FUTBOL CLUB had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
