In the 9th minute of the match Borys Ciszewski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yanick Verschelde skillfully saved the ball. In the 11th minute, Borys Ciszewski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and YR Mechelen's Yanick Verschelde didn't even have to move. Miguel Van Mechelen scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernesto Candeloro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yanick Verschelde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agah Tuğser, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Yanick Verschelde came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Agah Tuğser. But to his dismay, Agah Tuğser quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, YR Mechelen's Yanick Verschelde got control of the ball when Velichko Rakadzhiev tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Agah Tuğser managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bestone 716 - Jakarta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agah Tuğser was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Velichko Rakadzhiev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yanick Verschelde. That made the score 2-1 in the 26 minute of play. YR Mechelen's Tobias Smidts quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hugo Loi, made in the 29th minute of the game. 34 minutes into the match, Velichko Rakadzhiev notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of YR Mechelen's Yanick Verschelde. Yanick Verschelde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute of the match Agah Tuğser shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yanick Verschelde showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Yanick Verschelde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Velichko Rakadzhiev in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Van Mechelen in the 44th minute of play forced Bestone 716 - Jakarta's goalkeeper Ernesto Candeloro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Ernesto Candeloro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Van Mechelen in the 44th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Van Mechelen made a kick off. Yanick Verschelde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Velichko Rakadzhiev in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Bestone 716 - Jakarta getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Borys Ciszewski hit a great ball. YR Mechelen's Yanick Verschelde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Chepe in the 55th minute of play. After 57th play minutes Jacobo Chepe shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Yanick Verschelde and just under the crossbar into goal. After 59 played minutes YR Mechelen got a freekick which was hit by Maxime Van Bombergen. Yanick Verschelde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Velichko Rakadzhiev's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute Jacobo Chepe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yanick Verschelde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Jacobo Chepe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yanick Verschelde narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 64 minutes into the game, Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Velichko Rakadzhiev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Jacobo Chepe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bestone 716 - Jakarta's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Chepe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yanick Verschelde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yanick Verschelde came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Velichko Rakadzhiev. But to his dismay, Velichko Rakadzhiev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Velichko Rakadzhiev in the 88th minute of play forced YR Mechelen's goalkeeper Yanick Verschelde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yanick Verschelde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Velichko Rakadzhiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the match, Jacobo Chepe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yanick Verschelde. YR Mechelen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacobo Chepe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. Bestone 716 - Jakarta's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
