Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Falcão Britto in the 5th minute. After taking down the ball on Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's corner Donato Tinoco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Luís Fabiano Vaz quite easily take care of the ball. Mastur Bandov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edu Proença, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Fabiano Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Silveira in the 11th minute of play. Mastur Bandov made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Sebastião Xavier sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the ARON FC defense, Basílio Silveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fabiano Vaz. The ARON FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fabiano Vaz should have stopped the shot. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Mastur Bandov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Proença in the 30th minute of play. ARON FC's Luís Fabiano Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basílio Silveira in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Basílio Silveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Fabiano Vaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mastur Bandov came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by ARON FC's Bobby Pires. But to his dismay, Bobby Pires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 40th minute, Jair Mitov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Vinícius Branco got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donato Tinoco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bobby Pires in the 50th minute of play forced Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Mastur Bandov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donato Tinoco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Luís Fabiano Vaz made a huge save. Basílio Silveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ARON FC's Manuel Bueno was substituted for Sebastião Xavier. Mastur Bandov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edu Proença, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Proença came free, but Mastur Bandov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, ARON FC's Luís Fabiano Vaz got control of the ball when Donato Tinoco tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bobby Pires in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mastur Bandov saved Jacuitiba - FSCMZ from getting behind. Basílio Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81 played minutes ARON FC got a freekick which was hit by Bobby Pires. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donato Tinoco got free with Luís Fabiano Vaz in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Cesinha Britto fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARON FC's protests and gave Cesinha Britto a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of ARON FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jacuitiba - FSCMZ:s goal. When the match had been going on for 92 minutes, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Falcão Britto got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Luís Fabiano Vaz. When the final whistle went the supporters of Jacuitiba - FSCMZ were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant ARON FC side.
