With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aloísio Abreu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luisito Pero hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Leon Roldan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 21st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gerson Bueno. Juan Bittor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aloísio Abreu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Howling Dawn U18's Leon Roldan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Howling Dawn U18 from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the match, Erivaldo Moreno notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Howling Dawn U18's Leon Roldan. Leon Roldan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pedro Luiz Secco kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Matadores FC's Aloísio Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyprian Henryk in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Manilan came free, but Aloísio Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aloísio Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Bittor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Cyprian Henryk made the kick off in the second half. Cyprian Henryk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Aloísio Abreu made a huge save. Howling Dawn U18's Leon Roldan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erivaldo Moreno in the 68th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Howling Dawn U18's Scott Weiland slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aloísio Abreu. That made the score 1-2 after 85 minutes of play. In the 87thth minute of the game Baltasar Walme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Matadores FC's Aloísio Abreu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leon Roldan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erivaldo Moreno in the 93rd minute of play. Rogério Carneiro struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Leon Roldan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matadores FC. The Matadores FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Howling Dawn U18 to win.
