In the 9th minute, Dave Di Filippo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hermanö Oilers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 13th minute of play forced KS Greenpi's goalkeeper Mariusz Pochorylo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermanö Oilers were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after KS Greenpi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Harel Minsky took the corner. The corner led Hermanö Oilers's Harel Minsky to fire away a dangerous shot which Mariusz Pochorylo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dave Di Filippo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariusz Pochorylo having to interfere. Mariusz Pochorylo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Di Filippo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. If Dave Di Filippo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. KS Greenpi's Mariusz Pochorylo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 26th minute of play. Oskar Haeger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Charlos went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 37 minutes into the match, Hermanö Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Tărău came free, but Oskar Haeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 38th minute of play forced KS Greenpi's goalkeeper Mariusz Pochorylo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deng Kang Kang's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Oskar Haeger firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in KS Greenpi's zone, Harel Minsky stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariusz Pochorylo came out of the goal and Harel Minsky tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dave Di Filippo made a kick off. Mariusz Pochorylo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 51st minute. Dave Di Filippo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariusz Pochorylo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54thth minute of the game Dave Di Filippo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Greenpi's Mariusz Pochorylo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Di Filippo in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariusz Pochorylo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. KS Greenpi's Mariusz Pochorylo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save KS Greenpi from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the match, KS Greenpi's goalkeeper Mariusz Pochorylo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dave Di Filippo. Mariusz Pochorylo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dave Di Filippo in the 59th minute. Oskar Haeger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deng Kang Kang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harry Forsman hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. KS Greenpi made a substitution. Dennis Berardinelli replaced Adrian Tărău. KS Greenpi's Ignacy Waldoch was substituted for Fabian Charlos. In the 66th minute, Harry Forsman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Christof Cartus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hermanö Oilers's Ingemar Stålman was substituted for Dave Di Filippo. Ingemar Stålman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Mariusz Pochorylo made a huge save. Oskar Haeger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deng Kang Kang in the 88th minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, KS Greenpi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Hajder to maneuver through the defense. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
