The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. berretaweres's Sing Mano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tahsin Elçioğlu in the 6th minute of play. Per-Arne Vidman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Haimar's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. After 11 minutes, Andy Johnson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the berretaweres and the Kropotkins pojkar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Andy Johnson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute of the match Kropotkins pojkar got a corner. berretaweres's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Peder Lidström ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Ivar Axelsson heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a defensive mix-up in Kropotkins pojkar's zone, Fabricio Jago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per-Arne Vidman came out of the goal and Fabricio Jago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Kropotkins pojkar getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Josef Uggla hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tahsin Elçioğlu in the 26th minute of play forced berretaweres's goalkeeper Sing Mano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Kropotkins pojkar's goalkeeper Per-Arne Vidman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolás Veloso. After 35 minutes, Mikael Åberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kropotkins pojkar and the berretaweres players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kropotkins pojkar getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Mikael Åberg hit a great ball. Gogo Sein struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Per-Arne Vidman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for berretaweres. Israel Manilan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Per-Arne Vidman made a huge save. Sing Mano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peder Lidström in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, berretaweres's goal looked a bit too open when Tahsin Elçioğlu came free, but Sing Mano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Israel Manilan to make the kick off. If Tahsin Elçioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54th minute Israel Manilan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Arne Vidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Gustavo-Hernán Vallejo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sing Mano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A sloppy throw-in by Alfonso Berbiz in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kropotkins pojkar's Witold Kosakowski. Gustavo-Hernán Vallejo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute of the match Kropotkins pojkar got a corner. berretaweres's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Peder Lidström ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sing Mano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tahsin Elçioğlu in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match Kropotkins pojkar got a corner. berretaweres's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The corner led Kropotkins pojkar's Jens-Åke Ahlquist to fire away a dangerous shot which Sing Mano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Per-Arne Vidman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Manilan in the 77th minute of the match. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by berretaweres's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Peder Lidström was slow to take the kick. During this time Kropotkins pojkar's players had a chance to rest. Kropotkins pojkar's Peder Lidström was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sing Mano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Per-Arne Vidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Mikelats in the 84th minute of play. After some careless play in the berretaweres defense, Tahsin Elçioğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sing Mano. The berretaweres fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sing Mano should have stopped the shot. Tahsin Elçioğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sing Mano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tahsin Elçioğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. When Kropotkins pojkar's Tahsin Elçioğlu in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye berretaweres's goalie prevented a goal. Israel Manilan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Per-Arne Vidman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Kropotkins pojkar getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ivar Axelsson hit a great ball. The berretaweres supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kropotkins pojkar's performance. The match ended with a win for Kropotkins pojkar.
