Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Damaso Sancho took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Tião Paraíba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute of the match, Wambasther Robben got a very nice opportunity to score, but Máté Márton was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Máté Márton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Dolar, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Caleb Law hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Congo Bongo defense, Dale Dolar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Máté Márton. The Congo Bongo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Máté Márton should have stopped the shot. Máté Márton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dale Dolar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Máté Márton came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Barcellos Mineiro FC's Dale Dolar. But to his dismay, Dale Dolar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Dolar in the 26th minute of play forced Congo Bongo's goalkeeper Máté Márton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Máté Márton made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Clóvis Vieira sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute of the match Barcellos Mineiro FC got a corner. Congo Bongo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Amílton Loyola ran over to the corner to take the kick. Clóvis Vieira was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Kaj-Åke Kaká had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Patricio Ugutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Sancho in the 33rd minute of play. Damaso Sancho scored 2-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patricio Ugutz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The throw-in from Wu Hong Ning in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Barcellos Mineiro FC's Clóvis Vieira. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Damaso Sancho hit a great ball. Patricio Ugutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Congo Bongo were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Barcellos Mineiro FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Franz Beckenbauer took the corner. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dale Dolar made a kick off. If Wambasther Robben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Congo Bongo's Sergio Austin was substituted for Kaj-Åke Kaká. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Patricio Ugutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Sancho in the 59th minute of play. Dale Dolar took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Máté Márton. Máté Márton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Barcellos Mineiro FC made a substitution. Carlos-Henrique Casemiro replaced Tião Paraíba. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Sancho in the 69th minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Patricio Ugutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Sancho in the 69th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Michael Meertens got a free kick in the 71st minute. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Patricio Ugutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Sancho in the 72nd minute of play. Jorge Carrascal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Máté Márton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Patricio Ugutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Congo Bongo's Máté Márton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Fantini in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Franz Beckenbauer hit a great ball. Amílton Loyola might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Máté Márton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amílton Loyola ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Wu Hong Ning hit a great ball. In the 95th minute Jorge Carrascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máté Márton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barcellos Mineiro FC had played much better football throughout.
