Jonathan Errapel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Jonathan Errapel managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Emotep SK's Brayden McPaul fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fernanco Muslera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14thth minute of the game Brayden McPaul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santa Maradona's Jonathan Errapel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brayden McPaul got free with Jonathan Errapel in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, Emotep SK's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Cordeiro came free, but Fernanco Muslera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goalkeeper Jonathan Errapel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brayden McPaul. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gencer Hüdayioğlu in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Errapel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brayden McPaul in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Errapel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodolfo Cordeiro was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Errapel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Ferit Karaca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolfo Cordeiro in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fernanco Muslera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Transito in the 58th minute of play forced Emotep SK's goalkeeper Fernanco Muslera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Miguel Transito reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fernanco Muslera. The goal made the score 2-1. Rodolfo Cordeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emotep SK's Fernanco Muslera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Emotep SK from getting a goal against them. When Mehmet Ferit Karaca fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Emotep SK's protests and gave Mehmet Ferit Karaca a yellow card for diving instead. Mehmet Ferit Karaca hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Emotep SK's Sezen Erencan was substituted for Ali Atıf Rasi. In the 79th match minute, Emotep SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Ferit Karaca to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the game, Santa Maradona's Rodolfo Cordeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernanco Muslera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Gencer Hüdayioğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emotep SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gencer Hüdayioğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Errapel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emotep SK's Salih Çapan was substituted for Gencer Hüdayioğlu. A collision led to Emotep SK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Özgür Acunalp hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Cordeiro got free with Fernanco Muslera in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 97th minute, Miguel Transito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emotep SK succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Santa Maradona had controlled the match.
