Pelagius Cofresi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Di Marzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 5th play minutes Domenico Giannotti shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Pelagius Cofresi and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in R.B Leipzig's zone, Edmund Dalgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pelagius Cofresi came out of the goal and Edmund Dalgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domenico Giannotti scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pelagius Cofresi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenico Giannotti in the 13th minute of play forced R.B Leipzig's goalkeeper Pelagius Cofresi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th match minute, Dulwich Hamlet BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Nordin to maneuver through the defense. R.B Leipzig's Chumo Bonjoch got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. R.B Leipzig's Pelagius Cofresi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niclas Haström in the 23rd minute of play. Dulwich Hamlet BK were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after R.B Leipzig's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leonard Moberg took the corner. The corner ended in Pilip Pilipenko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but R.B Leipzig's Pelagius Cofresi did a great save. 25 minutes into the game, Pilip Pilipenko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Pelagius Cofresi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Domenico Giannotti took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pelagius Cofresi. Pelagius Cofresi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. A collision led to Dulwich Hamlet BK getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Ciro Di Marzio hit a great ball. The referee showed Toro Llamas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lu Sha Xing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pelagius Cofresi having to interfere. After a rather tough play, R.B Leipzig's Toro Llamas got a free kick in the 38th minute. R.B Leipzig's Pelagius Cofresi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niclas Haström in the 39th minute of play. Pelagius Cofresi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niclas Haström went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Dulwich Hamlet BK's Casado Quintanilla was substituted for Edmund Dalgren. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niclas Haström was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Gogo Blea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the R.B Leipzig and the Dulwich Hamlet BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Dulwich Hamlet BK booed when R.B Leipzig was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Blea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Di Marzio took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pelagius Cofresi. Pelagius Cofresi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Ciro Di Marzio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Pelagius Cofresi made a huge save. With a little luck, R.B Leipzig's Pelagius Cofresi got control of the ball when Ciro Di Marzio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute Vellito Terrilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aivo Pärjasaar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pelagius Cofresi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Di Marzio in the 70th minute of play. After 73 played minutes Niclas Haström rounded R.B Leipzig's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-8. In the 76th minute, Niclas Haström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciro Di Marzio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-9 in the 78th playminute. Niclas Haström was extremely unlucky when he, in the 81st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Di Marzio couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, R.B Leipzig's goalkeeper Pelagius Cofresi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domenico Giannotti. The supporters of R.B Leipzig booed when Dulwich Hamlet BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casado Quintanilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Domenico Giannotti got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
